Mango Mint Chutney Recipe For Summer
The heat is on and your body temperature is on the rise too. In such a situation your diet needs ingredients which can lower your body temperature and and be effective against the scorching summer heat.
Mint is one of the most appropriate herb to be included in your diet during summers. Today we have a chutney recipe for you in which mint is paired with unripe mango and garlic. This chutney tastes awesome with the flavour of mint and the tangy kick of the unripe mango. It also helps to keep your body cool.

So, prepare this mango mint chutney and have a tasty meal.

Ingredients
- Unripe mango- 1 (medium sized)
- Mint leaves- 1 bunch
- Garlic- 4 cloves
- Black salt- ½ tsp
- Green chillies- 3
- Roasted cumin powder- 2tsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
1.
Peel
the
skin
of
the
mango
with
a
peeler
and
cut
it
into
thin
slices.
2.
Pluck
the
mint
leaves
from
the
bunch,
wash
it
and
keep
it
aside.
3.
Grind
the
mango
pieces,
mint
leaves
and
the
garlic
cloves
together
in
a
mixer.
4.
Make
a
smooth
and
paste
by
adding
little
water.
5.
Transfer
the
chutney
to
a
bowl
and
add
black
salt,
roasted
cumin
powder
to
it.
Mix
well.
6.
Check
the
seasoning
and
add
normal
salt
if
necessary.
7.
Serve
the
chutney
with
the
snacks
of
your
choice.
