Fried Gram Chutney Pudi

Ingredients:
1 Cup Fried Gram
1 Cup Groundnuts
1tsp Hing
10 Curry leaves
"' Cup Red Chilies
Salt to taste
3tsp Oil
1tsp Mustard Seeds

Method:
Roast Groundnuts and remove the peel. Heat Oil and fry the Red Chilies.

Grind Gram, Groundnuts, Hing, Red Chilies to a powder.

Now heat 2tsp Oil and add Mustard Seeds and Curry leaves. Leave it to cool. Now, add the powder and mix well and store in airtight jars.

This can be served with Dosa and Idli.
