Coriander - Curry Leaves Chutney

INGREDIENTS Coriander Curry Leaves Chutney:

"¼ Cup Curry leaves
"' Cup Coriander leaves
10 - 12 Green Chilies
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
"' Cup Grated
A pinch of Asafoetida
Salt to taste

METHOD Coriander Curry Leaves Chutney:

Fry Curry, Coriander leaves and Green Chilies in Oil. Grind with all the other ingredients to a paste.

Serve the Chutney with plain Rice or Dosa.
