Steamed rice cakes

Ingredients:
4 Cups Steamed Rice
2 Cups Coconut
Salt to taste
4tbsp Coconut Oil

Method:
Soak Rice for 5 hours; grind it along with Coconut, Salt and Water to form a batter.

Heat Oil in a thick-bottomed pan and add the batter and keep stirring until all the moisture evaporates and the batter forms a thick dough.

Remove, and shape into small balls the size of a fist and steam for 10 minutes. Serve hot with any Chutney or Pickle.
