Sprouts masala for example is an easy to prepare and quick Indian breakfast recipe. We all know that green sprouts are very good for the health. They are easy to digest and also ease bowel movements. So, for a filling and healthy breakfast, you can try this quick recipe. The dish is simple as you can buy soaked sprouts from the supermarket. Sprouts Masala: Quick Indian Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients
- Sprouts- 1 cup
- Onion- ½ (finely chopped)
- Green chilli- 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato- ½ (chopped)
- Lemon juice- 2tbsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Black salt- a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Wash the sprouts in warm water.
- In a bowl, take the soaked and grown sprouts.
- Now add onion, green chilli and tomato. Mix well.
- Sprinkle salt, black salt and chaat masala. Mix well with the help of a spoon.
- At the end, add lemon juice. Do not leave the sprouts for a long time after adding the juice. Lemon juice when mixed with salt turns into water.
Sprouts masala is ready to eat. Serve this quick and tangy breakfast dish.
