Ingredients
- Sprouted moong- 1 ½ cup
- Tomatoes- 1 cup (chopped)
- Cucumber- 1 cup (chopped)
- Coriander leaves- 1tbsp (chopped)
- Green chilli- 1 (chopped)
- Salad Dressing
- Black pepper - ½ tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Roasted cumin powder (jeera)- 1tsp
- Lemon juice- 1tbsp
- yogurt- 2tbsp
- Ginger juice- 1tbsp
- Olive oil- 1tbsp
Method
1.
Mix
all
the
salad
dressing
ingredients
together.
Keep
aside.
2.
Next
cook
the
sprouts
with
salt
and
1/4
cup
of
water
in
a
saucepan.
3.
Bring
it
to
boil.
4.
Cook
for
10
minutes
on
low
heat.
5.
Once
done,
turn
off
the
heat.
6.
Cover
the
pan
for
about
three
to
four
minutes.
7.
Let
the
sprouts
cool
to
room
temperature
8.
Now
mix
the
dressing
with
sprouts.
9.
In
a
serving
dish
make
arrange
tomatoes,and
cucumber.
10.
Garnish
with
cilantro
and
green
chilli.
