Vegetable Cheese Sandwich with chutney is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that you would love trying out early morning. The recipe for this grilled sandwich is fast and easy.
If morning blues are high, and you do not want to work hard in kitchen to cook breakfast, then this simple vegetable cheese sandwich recipe will come to your rescue.
The vegetable cheese sandwich is an Indian dish that is a combination of mint chutney with vegetables. It is undoubtedly one of the healthiest breakfasts you can make.
The grated cheese added on to the sandwich increases its taste and flavour. Even though the bread, cheese and butter combination is very continental, the flavour and taste of mint chutney brings a very Indian taste to your breakfast plate.

Cheddar
cheese-

cup
(grated)
Butter-

Pepper-

For Chutney
Mint
leaves
Coriander
leaves
Green
chilli-
2-3
nos.
Ginger-
½
(chopped)
Chaat
masala-
½
tbsp
Salt-
To
taste
Lemon
juice-
3-4
tbsp
Procedure
1.
Take
the
ingredients
for
chutney,
add
a
little
water
and
put
it
in
a
mixer.
Make
sure
that
you
mix
it
with
very
little
water
because
the
chutney
has
to
be
slightly
thick
or
not
too
watery.
Once
it
is
done,
keep
this
chutney
aside.

Now,
take
the
bread
slices
and
apply
butter
evenly
on
the
slices.
Then,
spread
the
mint
chutney
evenly
on
all
the
slices.
3.
Place
the
onion,
tomato,
cucumber
and
potato
in
between
two
slices
of
bread.
Sprinkle
the
pepper
evenly
on
the
vegetables.
4.
Add
grated
cheese
on
top
of
these
vegetables
and
cover
the
sandwiches.
5.
Pre-heat
the
sandwiches
on
a
toaster
or
grill
and
toast
it
till
the
bread
becomes
golden
brown.
Once
it
is
done,
apply
butter
on
the
toasted
sandwich.
You can serve these mint chutney vegetable cheese toast sandwiches with tomato sauce and potato chips. Make sure a hot tea is also served along with mint chutney vegetable cheese grilled sandwich.
