Quick Rava Mini Uthappam Recipe

Ingredients
- Rava (semolina)- 1 cup
- Curd- 1 cup
- Ginger- 2tbsp (grated)
- Onions- 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
- Green chillies- 3 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch (finely chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 2tbsp
Procedure
1.
Heat
a
pan
and
roast
the
rava
in
it
for
about
3-4
minutes.

Then
switch
off
the
flame
and
keep
it
aside.

Once
the
rava
cools
down,
take
it
in
a
mixing
bowl
and
add
the
curd,
salt,
grated
ginger
and
mix
well.
Add
a
little
water
in
needed.

Allow
this
mixture
to
ferment
for
30
minutes.
5.
Meanwhile
mix
the
chopped
onions,
tomatoes,
green
chillies
and
coriander
leaves
together
in
a
bowl.
Keep
it
aside.
6.
After
30
minutes,
heat
a
non
stick
tawa
and
brush
it
with
a
little
oil.
7.
Now
pour
half
ladle
of
the
batter
on
the
tawa.
Do
not
spread
it
much.
8.
Top
this
mini
uthappam
with
the
chopped
onions,
tomatoes,
green
chillies
and
coriander
leaves
mixture.
9.
Once
the
uthappam
turns
golden
brown
from
one
side,
turn
it
carefully
to
the
other
side
and
let
it
cook.
10.
Once
the
other
side
also
turns
golden
brown
in
colour,
transfer
the
mini
uthappam
to
a
serving
plate.
11.
Follow
the
same
procedure
to
make
more
mini
uthappams.
