Ingredients
- Pasta- 2 cups (boiled)
- Spinach leaves- ½ bunch (washed and chopped)
- All purpose flour- 2tbsp
- Dry basil- ½ tsp
- Oregano- 1tsp
- Black pepper- 1tsp (crushed)
- Red chilli flakes- 1tsp
- Milk- 1 cup
- Salt- as per taste
- Mozzarella cheese- ¼ cup (grated)
- Olive oil- 2tbsp
Procedure
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add all purpose flour to it. Fry for a minute on low flame.
- Then add dry basil, oregano, red chilli flakes, crushed black pepper, salt and mix well. Stir for half a minute.
- Now slowly add the milk and keep stirring continuously. Make sure no lumps are formed.
- Bring the milk to boil.
- Then add the chopped spinach leaves, cover and cook on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
- After that remove the lid and add the Mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
- Once it is done, turn off the flame.
- Take the boiled pasta in a bowl, pour the prepared sauce over it and toss the pasta in it properly.
- Once done, transfer the creamy spinach pasta to a serving plate and serve.
