Quick Capsicum Sandwich For Breakfast

At this time sandwich comes as the best option in our mind. Making a sandwich is easy and not at all time consuming. Moreover if made with the right ingredients, a sandwich is one of the healthiest option to start your day with. Make use of brown bread if you are weight conscious.

Ingredients
- Bread slices- 6
- Capsicum- 2 (sliced)
- Tomatoes- 2 (chopped)
- Onion- 1 (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
- Pepper powder- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Jeera (cumin) powder- 1tsp
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
1.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan
and
add
the
chopped
onions.
Fry
till
they
become
golden
brown.
2.
Then
add
the
ginger-garlic
paste
and
fry
for
2-3
minutes.
3.
Add
in
the
capsicum
slices
and
stir
fry
for
3-4
minutes.
4.
Then
add
the
chopped
tomatoes,
salt,
pepper
powder,
jeera
powder
and
stir
fry
for
another
3-4
minutes.
5.
Lower
the
flame
and
cover
the
pan
with
a
lid.
Cook
for
2
minutes
on
low
flame.
6.
Once
done,
switch
off
the
flame.
7.
With
the
help
of
a
spoon
take
ample
amount
of
the
capsicum
stuffing
and
put
it
on
a
slice
of
bread.
8.
Cover
the
slice
with
another
bread
slice.
9.
Grill
the
sandwich
on
a
tawa
or
griller.
10.
Follow
the
same
procedure
to
make
more
sandwiches.
