Poori Recipe: Two Ways Of Making It
North Indian or South Indian, Poori is the only common dish you may find in the cuisine. The side dishes may differ, spice may change but the poori recipe and its ingredients will remain the same. Today, we have two ways of making crispy pooris. Take a look.
One of the ways of making pooris is using wheat flour (north Indian way). Wheat is a healthy carb and is quite filling. The colour of the wheat pooris is brownish and don't require or absorb too much oil. While the other recipe is prepared with maida which is comparatively a higher calorie ingredient but the taste is simply unmatchable. Here are the ways.
