Noodles with Vegetables

Ingredients:
300 gms Noodles
2 Capsicum
3 Carrots
1 tsp Red chili paste
2 tbsp. Corn flour
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 No. Spring Onions, chopped
tsp. Sugar
1 tbsp Soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Ajinomoto

Method:
Heat oil add Ginger, Onions and Mushrooms. When Mushrooms become soft add Carrot and cook. Add Soya Sauce, Ajinomoto, Salt to taste and Sugar.

Add the boiled Noodles and add a cup of water and stir. Add Red chili paste. Now add Capsicum.

When the vegetables become soft add the corn flour water, stir and cook for a minute or two and remove to a serving dish.
