- Banana - 2 (sliced)
- Flour - 125 gms
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
- Castor sugar - 3 tbsp
- Egg - 2 (beaten)
- Milk - 120 ml
- Oil for frying
- Honey for topping
Procedure
1.
After
you
slice
the
banana,
keep
it
aside.
2.
Take
a
bowl
and
add
in
the
flour,
baking
powder,
cinnamon
and
sugar.
Mix
the
ingredients
together.

In
the
center
of
the
ingredients,
make
a
well
and
pour
the
beaten
eggs
into
it.

Now
mix
the
beaten
eggs
with
the
flour
and
then
add
the
milk
to
the
mixture.

Make
sure
to
make
a
soft
batter
with
the
ingredients
which
is
in
the
bowl.
6.
Now
add
in
the
sliced
bananas
to
the
mixture.

Heat
a
spoon
of
oil
on
the
frying
pan
and
add
the
batter
to
it
when
it
turns
hot.

Spread
the
batter
in
a
circular
motion
on
the
hot
pan
and
fry
the
pancake
till
it
turns
golden
in
colour.
9.
Likewise,
make
all
the
pancakes
in
this
manner.
After
the
pancake
is
ready,
add
a
spoonful
of
honey
over
the
hot
pancake
and
serve.
