Ingredients

  • Banana - 2 (sliced)
  • Flour - 125 gms
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
  • Castor sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Egg - 2 (beaten)
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Oil for frying
  • Honey for topping

Procedure
1. After you slice the banana, keep it aside.
2. Take a bowl and add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Mix the ingredients together.
3. In the center of the ingredients, make a well and pour the beaten eggs into it.
4. Now mix the beaten eggs with the flour and then add the milk to the mixture.
5. Make sure to make a soft batter with the ingredients which is in the bowl.
6. Now add in the sliced bananas to the mixture.
7. Heat a spoon of oil on the frying pan and add the batter to it when it turns hot.
