Healthy Mixed Sprouts Poha Recipe

Servings : 2
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Beaten rice (poha)- 2 cups
Mixed sprouts- 2 cups (boiled)
Oil- 1tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Onions- 1/2 cup (chopped)
Green chillies- 5 (chopped)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Lemon juice- half

Procedure:
1. Place the beaten rice on a bowl and wash lightly. Drain and leave aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
3. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and green chillies and saute on a medium flame till the onion turn light brown in colour.
4. Now add the mixed sprouts and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
5. Add the turmeric powder, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
6. After that add 1/2 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
7. Add the beaten rice and lemon juice and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes and stir continuously and lightly.
8. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
