Healthy Mixed Sprouts Poha Recipe
In order to start a good day, it is not only essential for us to have heavy breakfast but also have nutritious breakfast. Mixed sprouts poha is a breakfast recipe, that is a very nutritious recipe. It is very easy to prepare and takes no time of yours to prepare this recipe. Since sprouts is the main ingredient, it makes it a very healthy recipe. This nutritious recipe made with sprouts are very easy to digest and also promises to provide nutrients like iron, calcium, b-complex Vitamins.

Ingredients:
Beaten
rice
(poha)-
2
cups
Mixed
sprouts-
2
cups
(boiled)
Oil-
1tsp
Mustard
seeds-
1/2
tsp
Onions-
1/2
cup
(chopped)
Green
chillies-
5
(chopped)
Turmeric
powder-
1/2
tsp
Sugar-
1/2
tsp
Salt-
As
per
taste
Lemon
juice-
half
Procedure:
1.
Place
the
beaten
rice
on
a
bowl
and
wash
lightly.
Drain
and
leave
aside
for
10
minutes.
2.
Heat
the
oil
in
a
non-stick
pan
and
add
the
mustard
seeds.
3.
When
the
seeds
crackle,
add
the
onions
and
green
chillies
and
saute
on
a
medium
flame
till
the
onion
turn
light
brown
in
colour.
4.
Now
add
the
mixed
sprouts
and
saute
on
a
medium
flame
for
2
minutes.
5.
Add
the
turmeric
powder,
sugar
and
salt,
mix
well
and
cook
on
a
medium
flame
for
1
minute.
6.
After
that
add
1/2
cup
of
water,
mix
well
and
cook
on
a
medium
flame
for
2
minutes.
7.
Add
the
beaten
rice
and
lemon
juice
and
mix
well
and
cook
on
a
medium
flame
for
3
minutes
and
stir
continuously
and
lightly.
8.
Serve
hot
garnished
with
coriander.
