Cucumber And Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Cucumber is a green vegetable of the summer season. It is very rich in water content, that is why cucumbers are one of the best water-rich foods. Cucumbers are the 4th most highly cultivated vegetables in the world. You can have this low calorie and water-rich vegetable in your diet in the form of salad, juice or soups. However, the easiest way to have cucumber is by consuming it raw.
Cucumber slices can also be added to your breakfast sandwich. Vegetable sandwiches are most commonly made with onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cucumbers. Cucumber and cheese sandwich recipe:

Ingredients
- Bread slices- 4-6
- Cucumber- 1
- Cheese slices- 4-6 (1 slice for each bread pair)
- Green chillies- 1tsp (grated)
- Butter- 2tbsp
- Black pepper powder- a pinch
- Chaat masala- a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Cut out the ends of bread slices and grease them with butter.
- Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
- Place a layer of cheese and then add cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Cover and toast till the bread becomes crisp and cheese melts.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices.
Cucumber and cheese sandwich is ready to eat. Serve this easy to make breakfast recipe hot.
