Crispy Sooji Vada Recipe
Aren't you tired of the same old uddina vada and idlis? If you want to try out something different this morning for breakfast, then this recipe should be on your list. The sooji vada is crispy and yummy and guess what? It is safe for those who are on a weight loss or diet. Sooji has less number of calories when compared to the uddina vada. The only thing which doesn't beg to differ is the amount of oil which is used in the process of frying the crispy vadas.
To prepare this yummy breakfast treat, you should get the molding of the vada first. This is important so as to easily fry it. If you are conscious about the oil, try using ghee instead which is a lot healthier than oil.
