All you need
- Potatoes- 4 (peeled and finely grated)
- Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
- Milk- 2tbsp
- Cornflour- 4tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Black pepper powder- as per taste
- Butter- 3tbsp

Procedure
1.
Mix
the
grated
potatoes,
salt,
onion,
milk,
cornflour
and
black
pepper
powder
together
in
a
bowl.

Heat
butter
in
a
non-stick
pan
and
allow
it
to
melt
on
low
heat.

Once
the
butter
melts,
scoop
a
spoonful
of
the
potato
mixture
into
the
butter.
4.
Use
a
spatula
to
flatten
the
top
of
the
mixture.
Do
not
stir.
5.
Fry
the
mixture
till
it
turns
golden
brown.
6.
Use
a
spatula
to
turn
it
to
the
other
side.
Fry
till
it
turns
golden
brown
on
the
other
side
too.
7.
Once
done,
transfer
the
hash
brown
to
a
paper
towel
to
remove
excess
oil.
8.
After
that,
transfer
it
to
a
plate
and
serve.
