Banana Idli Recipe For A Breakfast Treat

Soda

Ghee

Method
1.
First
you
need
to
mash
the
bananas
with
the
help
of
a
masher.
2.
Add
rava,
grated
coconut,
salt,
sugar
and
baking
soda.
Mix
the
ingredients
well.
3.
Add
a
little
water
to
make
an
idli
batter.
4.
Grease
the
idli
moulds
with
ghee
and
pour
a
spoonful
of
batter
in
each.
5.
Steam
the
mixture
for
15
minutes
in
a
pressure
cooker.
Your banana idli is now ready to serve. It is best to eat this yummy sweet treat with a little milk.
