Ingredients
- Potatoes -1/2 kg
- Cumin Seeds-2 tsp
- Turmeric-1 tsp
- Garlic Powder-1 tsp
- Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-3 tbsp
Procedure
1.You
first
need
to
bake
the
potatoes.
When
done,
keep
aside..
2.Once
cool
to
touch
smash
the
potatoes
with
a
fork.
You
can
also
smash
the
potatoes
with
the
help
of
your
hands..
3.In
a
skillet
heat
oil
and
add
cumin.
Once
they
begin
to
crackle,
add
in
the
baked
potatoes.
4.Sprinkle
turmeric,
garlic
powder,
chilli
and
salt.
Mix
in
these
ingredients
and
let
the
baked
potatoes
develop
a
golden
colour
5.When
done,
start
frying
your
masala
dosa
without
oil.
After
each
dosa,
spread
a
little
baked
potato
in
the
center
and
fold
it
into
half.
