Ingredients

  • Almonds - 2 cups (chopped)
  • Water - 1 1/4 cup
  • Honey - ½ cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 2 (beaten)
  • Bread flour - 3 cups
  • Wheat Flour - 3 cups
  • Yeast - 3 tbsp
  • Sat to taste

Procedure

  1. In a clean and dry bowl, drop in the bread and the wheat flour. Mix them together to form one flour.
  2. Now add in the eggs to the flour and beat the ingredients together with the help of an egg beater.
  3. When the ingredients form a thick paste, add in the water to the mixture and beat it again.
  4. Now add in the honey, butter and the salt. Whisk the ingredients together till it turns into a smooth paste like dough.
  5. Drop in the yeast and the chopped almonds to the ingredients. Mix the mixture well with a flat spoon.
  6. You will see that the ingredients have formed into a soft dough like structure.
  7. Using a knife, cut the dough into thin slices which resembles that of bread.
  8. Place the dough on a oven flat dish and time it for 30 minutes under 300 Celsius temperature.
