Biscuit Mango Pudding: Easy Mango Dessert

It is the season of mango. Use mangoes at home to try out new mango desserts. Biscuit and mango pudding is an easy and fast to make mango dessert. Mango pudding is not too sweet or heavy. Simple method of making the biscuit mango pudding is as follows:
Biscuit Mango Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:

- 5-8 mangoes
- 8-10 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet Marie (arrowroot) biscuit
- butter for layering
Directions to make Biscuit Mango Pudding:
- Grind the mangoes and sugar together. Make a smooth and thick paste of it.
- Crunch all the biscuits into small pieces. Don't crunch it too small else the crunch effect of the biscuits will not last.
- Take a flat tray (1-2 inches deep) and grease it with butter.
- Now make a layer of biscuits and pour the paste over it. Repeat it till the tray fills.
- Add dry fruits to garnish.
- Keep the tray in refrigerator for 2 hours and serve cold.
Biscuit Mango pudding is ready to eat. Enjoy this mango dessert to beat the heat.
