How To Make Shrikhand?

Indians love sweets. An Indian meal is incomplete without a sweet dish. There are various sweets according to the season. In summers it is believed that intake of curd helps in lowering the body temperature and is also good for our tummy dearest. One of the best sweet dish for summers is Shrikhand. Lets see how is it made.

Ingredients

Thick Curd – 1 Kg
Powdered Sugar - ¾th Cup
Saffron – Few Strands
Warm Milk – 1 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp
Dry Fruits – To Taste

Method

Hung the curd in a muslin cloth till all it's water has disposed.
Dissolve saffron in warm milk
Mix sugar, cardamom powder and saffron to the curd
Crunch the mixture with a hand blender
Garnish with dry fruits
Put it in fridge
Serve is cold after meal
