Ingredients:
500 gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
375 gms Sugar

Method:
Knead the Paneer into a smooth paste.

In a heavy bottomed pan, cook the kneaded Paneer and Sugar over low heat stirring continuously.

Remove from the heat when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and when the sugar has melted.

Add Cardamom or other flavoring if desired and shape into balls or press into sandesh moulds.
