Peanut Burfi Recipe – An Easy Sweet Dish
Ingredients:

  1. 11/2 cup peanuts
  2. 1/2 cup fresh coconut (grated)
  3. 21/2 cups sugar
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 1 cup milk

How To Make Peanut Burfi:

  1. Soak peanuts in water for at least an hour.
  2. Grind coconut and peanuts into thick paste.
  3. Heat a pan and add sugar, milk and stir until thick.
  4. Add the paste to the pan and stir continuously.
  5. Keep stirring until the mixture starts to froth.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the greased plate and leave aside to cool.
  7. Cut the mixture into squares. Tasty Indian sweet dish is ready.

You can also garnish the delicious sweet dish with raisins and cashews.
