Ingredients:
- 4 bananas (ripened)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 75 gm fresh coconut (grated)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
How to make kele ki burfi?
- Mash the bananas and cook it with milk until dry.
- Add ghee and stir simultaneously until the mixture turns brown.
- Combine sugar, coconut and walnut and stir well.
- Leave the mixture to cool and when dry, cut it into squares or any shape of choice. Tasty kele ki burfi is ready to serve.
