Pinni Recipe – Simple Sweet Delight From Haryana
Ingredients:

  1. ¼ kg Wheatflour
  2. ¼ kg Ghee
  3. ¼ kg sugar (ground)
  4. ¼ cup Milk
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

How To Make Haryana Pinni?

  1. Fry the wheat flour in ghee until light brown.
  2. In a frying pan, melt ghee and add the fried wheat flour.
  3. Cook until the flour blends with ghee well. Turn off the gas and leave the pan to cool.
  4. Add powdered sugar and cardamom to the flour mixture. Mix well.
  5. Make small pinnis with the help of milk. Tasty Haryana pinnis ready to serve.

You can also garnish pinnis with poppy seeds, cashews and almonds.
