Chenna Tukda: Milk Dessert

Ingredients:
5 Bread Slices
2 Cups of Milk
Oil for frying
1 Cup Sugar

Method:
Boil Milk and reduce it to a thick consistency, cut bread slices into small croutons.

Heat oil and deep fry the slices until they are crisp and brown.

Mix sugar and water to make a syrup. Put the fried bread pieces in the milk.

Now add the sugar syrup to the milk.

Garnish with Almond slivers and Cashewnut pieces.

Serve chilled or hot.
