Cashew Burfi Recipe – Simple Homemade Sweet Dish
Ingredients:

1. 11/2 cup Cashews
2. 1/2 cup fresh coconut (grated)
3. 21/2 cups sugar
4. 1/2 cup ghee
5. 1 cup milk
6. Pinch of cardamom
7. Silver Foil

How To Make Cashew Burfi?

1. Soak Cashews in water for at least an hour.
2. Grind coconut and Cashews into thick paste.
3. Heat a pan and add sugar, milk, cardamom powder and stir until thick.
4. Keep stirring until the mixture starts to froth.
6. Pour the mixture onto the greased plate and leave aside to cool.
7. Cut the mixture into squares. Tasty indian sweet dish is ready.

You can also garnish the delicious sweet dish with silver foil.
