Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
6tbsp Milk Powder
e Cup Sugar
4 Cups Milk
e tsp Stabiliser (a powder used in ice creams)
1tbsp Liquid Glucose
4tbsp Icing Sugar
1e Cup Cream
A few drops of Vanilla Essence
3 tbsp Cocoa

Method:
Mix Stabiliser with 2tbsp Sugar and 3tbsp Milk to a smooth paste and set aside. Mix Milk powder with e cup of warm Milk to a smooth paste.

Mix Cocoa with another e cup of warm Milk to a smooth paste, add Sugar and bring to a boil. Add Liquid Glucose and boil for 2 to 3 minutes and take off the fire, cool and add essence and freeze overnight.

Beat Cream with Icing Sugar till light and fluffy. Mix Ice Cream mixture and Cream and mix well. Freeze for few more hours.
