What can be a better recipe than this holi special. Today, we introduce the all time favourite “badam kulfi recipe" that is relished by kids and the aged in summer. After all the splash of colours, children expect something cool (thanda), juicy and filling so here is the easy dessert recipe that serves all the three demands. The step by step procedure of badam kulfi is given below.
Badam Kulfi Recipe – Holi Special
Ingredients:
- 3 litres milk
- 3/4th cup sugar
- ' cup roasted badam/almonds (sliced)
- Cardamom powder
Preparation:
1.
Boil
3
litres
of
milk
in
a
long
thick
bottom
vessel.
Turn
of
the
stove
when
the
milk
is
reduced
to
half.
2.
Add
sugar,
badam
and
elaichi
powder.
Stir
well.
3.
Transfer
all
the
contents
to
kulfi
moulds
and
freeze
it
for
about
6-7
hours.
Tasty
badam
kulfis
are
ready.
