Homemade Fruit Jam Recipe For Kids
Fruits are very valuable foods because they contain a large amount of water that replaces the water lost through sweat and excretion by the body.
Additionally, fruits contain sugar that provides energy, vitamins and minerals, which prevent illness. Fruits also contains cellulose, the fibrous portion of fruits, which prevents constipation and thus maintains the body's healthy.
Fresh fruits can be found the entire year and may be purchased fairly cheaply or may be grown in the garden. Fruits are cheapest and at their best when in season. Local fruits are inexpensive, plus they are nutritious as the imported fruits.
