thick
sweet
curd
(yogurt)

cups
wheat
flour

tsp
baking
powder
4.
1/2
tsp
baking
soda

cup
melted
butter
6.

tsp
vanilla
essence
7.
3/4
cup
caster
sugar
8.
Pinch
of
salt
Vanilla Sponge Cake Preparation:
1.
Sieve
the
wheat
flour
and
combine
it
with
baking
powder,
baking
soda
and
salt.
2.
Add
skimmed
milk
or
curd
bit
by
bit
and
beat
the
flour
well.
Also
add
sugar,
vanilla
essence
and
melted
butter.
3.
Pour
the
batter
into
a
greased
cake
tin
and
steam
it
in
a
pressure
cooker
for
15
minutes.
Tasty
sponge
cake

is
ready.
