Ingredients:
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
- ' cup all purpose flour (sifted)
How To Make Crispy Ice Cream Cones?
- Preheat the oven to 300F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and beaten egg well.
- Add butter, vanilla essence and milk. Stir well.
- Gently mix flour and spread the batter into 6 inch cookies all over the non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake the cookies until golden brown.
- Wrap the cookie around a cone mold sealing the cone tip.
The cookies get crispier and harder as they cool.
