French Bread Recipe

French Bread
Ingredients:
500gms Flour
15gms Fresh Yeast
300ml Water
10gms Salt

Method:
Sieve Flour with Salt. Mix Fresh Yeast with the Flour and Water and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and leave aside for 30 minutes.

Divide into two equal portions. Shape each half into a 35 Cms Long Flute and place on a greased baking sheet.

Slash the loaves at four places with a sharp razor or knife. Bake at 210 deg C for 45 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack.
