Ingredients For the Cake Cups:

vinegar

tsp
vanilla
extract
For Decoration:
1
cream
cheese
1
egg
1/3
cup
sugar
1/8
tsp
salt
1
cup
mini
chocolate
chips
Method For Decoration:
In
a
small
bowl,
beat
the
cream
cheese,
egg,
sugar
and
salt
until
light
and
fluffy.
Stir
in
the
chocolate
chips
and
set
aside.
For the Cake Cups:
Preheat
oven
to
350
degrees
F
(75
degrees
C).
Spray
muffin
tins
with
cooking
oil
or
butter.
In
a
medium
bowl,
mix
the
flour,
sugar,
baking
soda,
and
cocoa
and
salt
together.
Add
the
water,
oil,
vinegar
and
vanilla.
Stir
together
until
well
blended.
Fill
muffin
tins
1/3
full
with
the
batter
and
top
with
the
cream
cheese
mixture.
Bake
at
350
degrees
F
(175
degrees
C)
for
25
to
30
minutes.
