Christmas Chocolates – Homemade Recipe
Make this Christmas 2010 a "Chocolate Christmas" by preparing mouth watering tasty homemade chocolates. Christmas chocolates are integral part of the grand Xmas celebrations. It is a favorite of everyone and is a must for the festive season. Homemade Christmas chocolates can also be gifted to friends and relatives. Know how to make the Christmas chocolates recipe and enjoy this Christmas in the chocolate way.

Ingredients:
1.4 cups sugar
2.1 cup water
3.10 tsp rum
4.4 tsp cocoa powder
5.500 g milk powder
6.400 g nuts (any nuts of choice)
7.250 g butter (melted)
Method:
1.Add sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, water, rum and stir continuously until the mixture boils.
2.Add melted butter, milk powder and nuts (preferably roasted) to the boiling mixture.
3.Mix all well and pour it into molds of any shape you like. Put some foil below the molds before you pour chocolate. Set aside to cool.
4.After it is cool remove chocolates from molds and wrap with colorful foils. Tasty Christmas chocolates recipe ready to serve.
