Chocolate Brownies with Cream Cheese Swirls

I am not at all a fan of chocolate. In fact I never eat chocolate as such. Never ever. Everyone used to wonder when as a kid, I used to give away my share of chocolates. But chocolate desserts, they are my weakness. Isn't it too weird.

I crave for chocolate cakes and mousses and brownies and always make sure there are some kind of chocolaty goodness stocked in my fridge for those after meal cravings. I had bought some cream cheese to frost a few cupcake and had a little leftover. So incorporated it into these fudgy and dense brownies chocolate and cream cheese went well together.

The brownies were very yummy with bits of cream cheese coming in between. Do give this recipe a try.
