Dark Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:

200 ml Cream, Whipped
150g Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces

Method:

Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
While it is still warm, add the whipped cream and mix lightly.
Do not mix too much, the whipped cream may lose its texture.
Pour the chocolate mixture into dessert glasses.
Once it has cooled slightly, place the glasses in the frigerator for one or two hours to set.
Serve chill.
