frosted
Christmas
cookies
recipe.
Ingredients
For
Caramel
Cream
Cookies:

(softened)

Fresh
Cream

Brown
sugar

Fine
powdered
sugar
half
cup

Milk

6.
Flour
2
cups
7.
Egg
1
8.
Vanilla
essence
5
drops

Baking
soda

Procedure For Caramel Cream Cookies:
- Whisk together 80 grams of butter, flour, ¾ the cream and brown sugar with milk to form a thick paste.
- Now break an egg into it and add 3 drops of vanilla essence. Beat the mixture together to make it smooth.
- Refrigerate this mixture overnight or for at least 5 hours to get the necessary frosting. Remove it and add a pinch of baking soda.
- Preheat the over to 325 degrees. Roll out balls out of the dough and place in a baking dish with hollows.
- Bake it on the lower rack of the microwave and bake for 8 to 12 minutes depending in the size of the cookies.
- Meanwhile the melt butter in a pan and caramelize powdered sugar in it. Add vanilla essence and pour the frosting over the cookies evenly.
You can have your cream caramel cookies after refrigerating for an hour or have them hot if you like
