Butter Biscuit Cake

Ingredients:
150gms Butter
150gms Icing Sugar
40gms Cocoa Powder
¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
4 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 Cup Cold Water
50gms Almonds or Cashew nuts
4 Packets of Glucose Biscuits

Method:
Mix Butter, Icing Sugar and Cocoa Powder till creamy.

Add essence. Add Coffee powder to Cold Water and stir well. Dip Biscuits in Coffee and arrange in a tray in a rectangular pattern.

Apply butter paste on the biscuits and spread it neatly and uniformly.

Again arrange biscuits on top of the other and spread with layer of butter paste.

Repeat this for 4 layers altogether. Garnish with finely chopped nuts.

Cool it in the fridge till it sets and cut into pieces.
