Ingredients:

(peeled
and
seeded)

tablespoons
butter

medium
onion,
chopped
4.
2-3
garlic
pods
5.
3
glasses
of
water
6.
Nutmeg
spice
7.
Salt
and
black
pepper
powder
Garnish:
1.
2
tsps
fresh
cream
(optional)
2.
2-3
cilantro
leaves
Pumpkin Soup Preparation:
1.
Boil
the
Pumpkin
chunks
in
a
microwave
(parents
can
assist).
2.
In
a
pan,
fry
the
onion
and
garlic
pods
until
golden
brown.
3.
Mash
the
boiled
Pumpkin
chunks
in
the
same
water
with
a
spoon
and
add
the
fried
onions,
garlic
and
salt
as
per
taste.
Bring
it
to
boil.
4.
After
the
soup
is
done,
add
fresh
cream
and
cilantro.
Tasty
