Ginger Soup Recipe For Seasonal Ailments -
Ingredients:

fresh
ginger
paste

tamarind
juice

tsp
cumin
seeds

coriander
(chopped)

tsp
jaggery
-
Salt
according
to
taste
-
1
red
chili
-
'
tsp
mustard
seeds

tsp
oil
Herb Soup Preparation:
-
In
a
pot,
heat
oil
and
add
a
teaspoon
of
cumin
seeds,
mustard
seeds,
ginger
paste,
coriander
leaves,
dry
chilies
and
fry
for
a
few
minutes.

Then
add
2-3
cups
of
water,
tamarind
juice,
jaggery,
salt
according
to
taste
and
bring
the
mixture
to
boil.
Tasty
ginger

is
ready.
