Ingredients:

  1. 2 tsps fresh ginger paste
  2. 1 tsp tamarind juice
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. ' coriander (chopped)
  5. 1 tsp jaggery
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. 1 red chili
  8. ' tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1 tsp oil

Herb Soup Preparation:

  1. In a pot, heat oil and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger paste, coriander leaves, dry chilies and fry for a few minutes.
  2. Then add 2-3 cups of water, tamarind juice, jaggery, salt according to taste and bring the mixture to boil. Tasty ginger soup is ready.
