Dal Soup Recipe(Lentil Soup Recipe) - Exam Diet Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Toor Dal (well baked)
2. 1/2 cup ridge gourd (peeled, chopped and boiled)
3. 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped, boiled)
4. 1-2 tsp lemon juice
5. Water as per requirement
6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
7. Salt as per taste
8. Pepper powder, chopped coriander (for seasoning)
Dal Soup Preparation:
1. Mash all the boiled vegetables in a bowl
2. Using a blender, mix baked toor dal until soup consistency (add water if required).
3. Add mashed vegetables, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds into dal soup and boil well.
4. Season hot dal soup with pepper and coriander. Tasty dal soup is ready to serve.
