Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
  2. 4 cups water
  3. 4 cups chicken broth
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper (for seasoning)
  6. 1 small onion (chopped finely)
  7. 1 carrot (chopped finely)
  8. Celery (chopped finely)
  9. Parsley (chopped finely)
  10. 1/2 tsp fresh ginger paste
  11. 1/2 tsp dried oregano (for flavour)
  12. 1 bay leaf
  13. 3/4th cup noodles

Preparing Chicken Noodle Soup:
1. To a crockpot, add all the ingredients (except noodles).
2. Cook the mixture for about 5-6 hours (lid covered).
3. Take out the chicken pieces and bay leaves from the broth.
4. Separate bones from the meat, dice it and add with noodles to the boiling broth.
5. Cook until the noodles are done. Season with pepper powder if you want it more spicy and serve.
Tasty chicken noodle soup is ready.
You can even add cream before serving the crockpot soup.
