Ingredients

1 glass boiled milk
2 tsp cream
1/2 cup grounded almonds
2 tbsp sugar
rose water
Kesar (saffron)

Directions to make Badam (almond) sherbet Ramadan recipe:

1. Mix kesar in some milk and keep aside.

2. Take the boiled milk. Add cream, sugar and grounded almonds and blend it in a grinder till the sugar dissolves.

3. Add ice and rose water and mix.

4. Now add kesar dissolved in milk.

5. Garnish with chopped almonds.
