Buttermilk is a low fat skimmed milk that helps in improving digestion and as well as is best advised for gastric problems. Take a look at how to prepare the tasty masala buttermilk recipe.
Masala Buttermilk Recipe - A Healthy Summer Drink
Ingredients:
1. 2 tsps thick curds
2. 1 glass of water
3. 1/4 tsp ginger paste
4. 1/4 tsp green chilli paste
5. Pinch of fried asafoetida
6. Salt as per taste
7. 1/4 tsp garlic paste (optional)
8. 1/4 tsp jal jeera powder (optional)
9. Coriander (chopped) for garnish
Masala Buttermilk Recipe Preparation:
1. Churn two teaspoons of thick curd in a glass of water.
2. Add all the above ingredients and mix well. Chat pataa buttermilk is ready to serve.
Enjoy the tasty masala buttermilk after meal, also try replacing chilli paste with dry red chilli flakes and chat masala instead of jal jeera.
