Mango Sherbet: For The Mango Season

Mango Sherbet can obviously be made only during the summer season. This mango recipe makes an amazing summer drink. It is basically mango juice with some embellishments. Mango sherbet is surprisingly easy mango recipe to try at home. This summer drink can be ready to gulp down in minutes.

Ingredients For Mango Sherbet:

450g of mango pulp
500 ml milk
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp rose water
300 ml cold water

Method For Mango Sherbet:

Put the mango pulp, half the quantity of milk, sugar, rose water and cardamom into a liquidiser for a few seconds.
Transfer to a large jug and add remaining milk and water. Chill for 2-3 hours

Serve mango sherbet chilled.
