petals
(sundried)

bag

tsp
Honey
4.
A
few
drops
of
Lemon
5.
2
cups
boiling
water
Hibiscus
Tea
(Herbal
Tea)
Preparation:
1.Powder
the
dried
petals
and
add
it
to
the
boiling
water.
Strain
after
a
few
minutes.
2.In
a
cup,
add
the
flower
dicoction,
dip
tea
bag,
add
the
other
ingredients
and
stir.
Serve
immediately.
This
herbal
tea
recipe
serves
two.
Drink
the
healthy

at
least
twice
daily,
get
