Ingredients

1-2 apples peeled and cut into medium sized pieces
2 bananas
2 cups cold milk
2 tbsp sugar
strawberry/banana slices for garnishing

Directions to make apple banana smoothie with milk recipe:

1. In a blender, blend apple and banana with milk. Add sugar and blend till the smoothie becomes soft and creamy.
