Vegetable Bhajia

Assorted Vegetables Rings (Onion, Potato, Raw Banana, Brinjal, Palak leaves)
2 Cups Gram Flour
¾ Cup Rice Flour
2 - 3 tsp Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1tsp Asafoetida
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
A pinch of Cooking Soda
Oil for deep-frying


Method:
Mix all the ingredients except for the Vegetables and Oil using water to a batter.

Heat Oil in a kadai. Dip the Vegetable slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
